One-piece Shaker and raised panel doors in paint-grade HDF and MDF
Zauber Woodworks is a cabinet door manufacturer and trade cabinet door supplier. We make wholesale cabinet doors and drawer fronts for paint grade work, each one CNC-machined from a single panel in our Danbury shop.
- Materials. 3/4" HDF, 1" HDF, and 7/8" MEDEX, a moisture-resistant MDF panel.
- Styles. Shaker in several recess depths, raised panel, beaded and others. See the door style guide.
- Sizes. Any size to 1/16". Send finished sizes, or cabinet opening sizes and the deduction you want.
- Drawer fronts. Machined in the same profile as the doors, so the whole run matches.
- Finish. Sanded and paint-ready, or primed to save a step in your finishing room.

Wholesale account holders sign in and see live pricing in the Door App as they build an order.
Apply for a trade account. We typically respond within one business day.
Without an account
No account is needed. On the Door App sign-in screen, choose "Continue without pricing", then place an order or an estimate. We review it and email you a quote, usually within one business day.
Pricing and minimums
Trade pricing starts at $16.50 per sq ft and runs on a volume scale. There is no minimum quantity, so you can order one door or fifty. There is a $175 minimum order charge on the goods, so an order under $175 is charged at $175.

- Offered on orders of $750 or more. $55 on orders of $1,200 or more. $110 on orders from $750 to $1,199.99. Under $750 is pickup.

- Orders outside the delivery area are picked up at the shop. We do not send orders by freight.

Questions before your first order
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum quantity. You can order one door or fifty. There is a $175 minimum order charge on the goods, so if your doors come to less than $175 the order is charged at $175. Delivery is charged separately and does not count toward the minimum.
What is your lead time?
Typical production is 3–5 business days from order confirmation. We confirm pricing and lead time when we review your order.
Can you rush an order?
Sometimes. Rush service is available when scheduling allows. There is no rush option in the order form, so call (203) 947-9323 or email info@zauberwoodworks.com before you order and we will tell you what we can do.
Can I get pricing without a trade account?
Yes, by emailed quote. Live pricing in the Door App is shown to wholesale account holders. Without an account you can still place an order or an estimate without pricing, and we email you a quote. Replies are usually within one business day. Trade pricing starts at $16.50 per sq ft on a volume scale.

That reaches Fairfield, New Haven and Litchfield counties and into Westchester and Putnam, NY. Delivery is $55 on orders of $1,200 or more and $110 on orders from $750 to $1,199.99.
