The Z60 is large doors and full-height panels, where a wide frame keeps the proportions right. The minimal recess also makes it one of the simpler profiles to prep and spray.
Like every profile we route, it is machined from a single sheet rather than assembled from rails, stiles and a center panel — so there are no glued joints on the face to fill, sand or chase through the finishing room, and every door in a run comes off the same program.
